New Patient Appointment -
New patient appointments typically last one hour and involve a thorough health history, examination of the problem area and full spine, as well as a 10 minute deep tissue massage prior to a full spine adjustment.
Post treatment I will discuss exercises and stretches to perform at home to help enable you to stay out of pain on your own.
Routine Adjustment+Deep Tissue -
Routine treatments include 10 minutes of therapeutic massage prior to a full spine adjustment. Routine treatments are applicable following a new patient appointment as. Routine treatments are recommended at frequency specific to a patient's response to care, and current status.
Adjustment Only -
Chiropractic adjustment to the full spine with additional adjustments to extremities as needed.
Laser Treatment -
Class-4 Laser therapy to one region of the body. A compete laser treatment regimen consist of anywhere between 6-10 treatments, or until the injured tissues have been repaired, and symptoms are resolved. For some patients all it takes is a few treatments!
Adjustment + Laser -
Chiropractic adjustment to the full spine with additional adjustments to extremities as needed with additional treatment with Class-4 Laser to one region.
Athletic/Proprioceptive Taping -
Athletic taping with athletic tape for stability and injury prevention to the region of injury. Or Proprioceptive tape (K-Tape) to help improve blood flow to injury, mild stability, and improved proprioception.
